The accuracy of this quote is scary. Not scary like a haunted shack or something, but scary as in “holy crap this is so true”.

Efficiency isn’t something that people put on the back burner. If it wasn’t for efficiency – none of the popular social media sites would even exist. Technology is not doubt, the most significant advancement of our time.

Think about it… technology has rewired our brains. We now multi-task by using multiple tabs or using our smartphones while doing other activities (I’m tweeting as I’m writing this article trying to stay involved with what is going on in the social media world).

What about reading books? Almost every book can now be accessed online. We can literally look up ANYTHING! Your favorite actor, a problem you may be having when you’re sick, a phone number, you name it. And as weird as it sounds, technology has brought us closer to each other than ever before.

We use social networks to stay connected – especially when a business is involved. As a business, one of your companies main focuses should be using social media to grow. As technology continues to grow, you want your business to grow with it.

People get bored. All the time. When this happens, it’s natural for a person to go onto Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or some other social media site to keep them entertained. This is when being efficient comes back in.

It is your job to create pages and stay interactive on those social media sites to keep engagement and reach potential customers. How can you be even more efficient? Share your companies blogs and personal page on those bigger social media sites! Share, share, and share again.

If you’re new to the social media world, that’s okay! There are so many companies available to help and start creating a website for you! It’s never too late to start a project that could greatly benefit your business. Get involved in the present world of technology!
